Being involved in a motor vehicle accident is overwhelming. Dealing with insurance companies, car rentals, and the injuries you sustained in the accident can be frustrating and stressful.

How to get started:

Getting treatment soon after your accident increases the likelihood that you will return to your pre-accident level of function.  Please contact us as soon as possible after your accident to arrange for an assessment.

FAQs

My insurance company has provided me a list of ‘Preferred Physiotherapy Providers.’ Do I have to attend a clinic on that list? Can I see you if you are not on that list?

Your insurance company may have agreements with some physiotherapy providers. However, you can choose to get your treatment with us. You do not need to do anything. Give us a call and we will prepare all the paperwork for you.  

It is important to note that your insurance company can not deny you treatment if you choose a physiotherapy provider not on their list. 

What Motor Vehicle Accident Benefits am I entitled to in Ontario?

If you sustained a sprain, strain or a WAD I or II injury in your accident, you are eligible for pre-approved physiotherapy treatment sessions, depending on the type of injury.  These pre-approved treatments should be completed within 90 days of your accident. In certain conditions, you may be eligible for extension after you complete the 3 months of treatment. Please discuss this with your physiotherapist.

What information do I need to book an appointment?

When you book your appointment we will ask you for:

  • The date of the accident

  • Your policy or claim number

  • Your claim adjuster’s name and contact information.
